Felipe Carvalho
Felipe Carvalho is a student of Politics, Philosophy, and Economics at the University of Pennsylvania, with a minor in Psychology, and serves as Executive Director of Harvard Model United Nations Brazil. He is also the founder and president of Instituto Diplomun, an organization that has helped shape a new generation of Brazilian students in international education and Model UN.
A three-time award winner at Harvard Model United Nations in Boston, Felipe’s journey in Model UN has moved from the committee floor to building institutions of his own. Through Instituto Diplomun, he has mentored students for some of the world’s most competitive conferences, expanding access to spaces once seen as distant, intimidating, or unreachable.
Beyond diplomacy and education, Felipe is deeply drawn to art, language, and storytelling. He loves Noah Kahan, Van Gogh, and Dead Poets Society, writes in his free time, plays GeoGuessr with friends, and cannot wait to help bring HMUN Brazil to life.
